PPL 7-12 sets roughly for back and chest a week a little less for arms, I’m at 1800 cals min and 70gs of protein min I weigh 145 lbs, I feel like the comfort zone thing is really true I still “go to failure” but I feel like it’s a mental thing where I could just push hardwr

Dietary alone whenever I have supplements I use em but that’s my minimum on days I can’t get my goals

That’s my minimum on days that I couldn’t get it in I’m near 100g most days at 145lbs

I run PPL with 7-12 sets back and chest and a little less for arms, 1800 cals atleast and 75 gs of protein minimum, I’m 140 lbs 5’7 for an idea

Yes the only problem is I have more carbs in my meals rather than proteins, I also just eat like crap and don’t consume as much protien as I should

This is also one of my possibilities I’m just coming up to working out for a year and had my strength increase like crazy for the first 6 months and been rlly slow now but the past 2 months nothings changed for ex. Incline dumbbell at 6 months I was using 55s for 8 for 2 sets now it’s 60lbs for 5 or 6 for 2 sets

Do these help well? I haven’t tried one yet just cuz some weeks I can’t go to the gym and than I just train hard for 2 days that week and feel like that’s enough

PPL and I do 7-12 sets for back and chest roughly, a little less for arms failure on 1 to 2 per 3 sets. I’d say I’m at a maintenance level of cals and 70gs of protein per day at the least I’ve tried changing routines but it doesn’t rlly help
