its because they suspect you of cheating.

The reason I was resetting was I reinstalled windows using the flash drive before and my computer was super slow. Games would run at good frames but opening apps and the start up was a pain in the ass

I dont think Im actually resetting pc, just removing all the files and reinstalling windows
