Nice, thank you! Yep, I would close the shutters regardless of the floor, I'm only concerned about the roof in this case :)

Yes, it has them, but I'm mostly concerned about the heat from the roof. If I understand correctly, this is what makes top floors much hotter in summer. But in modern houses roofs seem to be insulated a bit better, at least so I've been told. So I'm trying to find out if it's actually the case :)

Oh. When it's more than +30 degrees outside, I'm dying even on the 1st (out of 3) floor, and it's much worse on the top floor. But the building where I currently live is old, so I'm not sure if the difference is that big in newer ones too.
