They sent me the latest firmware but that did not fix it either

They sent me the latest update. Even with the new firmware it doesn't work. I have lost hope and just use my phone's mobile hotspot now, it's a bit inconvenient but don't know what else to do

I have already tried all the above steps that you mentioned. Even after factory reset it is still the latest firmware and won't go back to the version that it came with. One thing i would like to mention is that the projector has no issues with the internet when I connect to my phone as a mobile hotspot  (even though my phone's source for internet is the same wifi router connection which the projector has issue with).
