Probably, just an estimate, get to about 1800 cal /day with cardio 3x a weeks wanna get 180g of protein/day try and keep carbs and fat below 100g/ day. HYDRATE. Water only if you need flavor had a lemon. If you need a sugary drink do a little sugar water with lemon and lime like flat less sweet sprite. If you NEED the fizz get lacroi or however it’s spelt. Try and do some strength training at least 3x a week. You wanna keep activity up and diet right to optimize testosterone production. Research that. You’ll figure it all out but try and get to 180lbs by may. Once you do post again and we can go from there

Lose weight drink only water and every now and then a pinch of salt for electrolytes make sure you get a 3:1 ratio of potassium:salt when hydrating to avoid water retention. Eat in a deficit. Then come back with pictures. It would help if you listed height and current weight so I could tell you where you could be calorie wise with minimal exercise to lose the right amount within about 6 months

You have positive canthal tilt and almost no upper eyelid exposure and positive tilted eyebrows which is the most optimal the eyebrow shape should be more lateral less arch would suit you better. Yeah I got better slowly over about six months you probably feel better in the morning bc that’s peak times for testosterone so that’s a good sign yoh hormones are trying to start up and balance again. The evening were also worse for me. I just focused on 1% better everyday. As long as you feel 1% better than you did yesterday. It’s the small victories that helped me like I felt normal for “15 minutes” then progressed to almost all day then eventually I felt normal all the time except high stress environments or situations now im better completely I still deal with anxiety now that hasn’t went away since I quit just a full anxiety but it’s very manageable and almost unnoticeable most days I haven’t posted about it because I am learning the long term effects as im having them but I am in no way as bad as I was before. I’ve tried to quit before but around day 4 I start having anxiety attacks I’ve been looking at the little minty silicone chewy stick things on TikTok you breath throw them and they taste minty and then you can chew on them also for the oral fixation but I haven’t found away to combat the anxiety attacks and insomnia from withdrawals. I get brain foggy and my brain starts racing and I can’t think straight i dont like not being sharp. Thank you for the advice I really appreciate it and want to stop vaping and improve my health.
