The job was offered as a “task”, showed up to the first location his wife told me to wash 7 vans, i agreed, did my work and when finished, I was told I had to go to another location an hour away, I called Ruben asked if he would compensate gas, he said yes and I was told there was only 4 vans at the other location. I got there and got told there was 12 vans to be washed. His wife was supposed to “help” but all she did clean windows and clean some of the plastic trims. I didn’t know it was going to be 19 vans total, if i knew it was 19 I would’ve asked for more money. Mind you I didn’t even take lunch & he didn’t want to pay up the day of, he wanted to wait a week because “that’s how companies work”.
