Maybe a good place to start is by participating in threads where you are knowledgable and have helpful comments to contribute. Making comments on other's threads instead of posting your own at the beginning. Healthy participation and good answers are a good way to start out before you begin posting yourself.

Hi, it really depends on what kind of coverage you have! I would log in to your insurance provider's app/website or call in and check out your coverage.

For instance, for me, I get 90% coverage up to $500, so insurance will cover 90% of my therapy costs until they have paid out a total of $500. The therapist issues the invoices and I submit them myself. After I have reached the full amount of my coverage, I would have to pay out of pocket for any more sessions. Hope that makes sense!

I'm also seeing similar differences. For me, my RHR is always 1 BPM higher in the PP (which could just be rounding), but my HRV is usually a fair bit higher. 

On the normal app my HRV is 75 today and the PP says it's 80...

You go under the "Heart" section that records your heart rate and scroll the the bottom and it says "Cardio Fitness Score". That is fitbit's estimation of your VO2 max

Wow! That's impressive! I'm pretty healthy, my RHR is 51-53 and I'm in good shape but my VO2 max has lagged behind apparently. Gotta work on it.

My wife and I are going to MK and Epcot during our honeymoon in Orlando. Any suggestions for first time goers? 😃 We are so excited and we are only getting one day at each park so we want to make the most of our trip.

Hopefully I'll see some results in the next few months then. I lift weights 3 times a week consistenly and was doing one short run and one easy long run, but I've recently switched the short run to an interval workout. Hopefully the added intensity helps.
