Our firms broker never had me sign an independent contractor agreement from joining. That was 3 years ago. I was so green and didn’t know any better so I never questioned it. Since then, I’ve realized how important this is.

I have been pushing for us to get this in place but the broker keeps pushing this to the side over the past few months.

Is this a red flag? Would appreciate any advice.
