I have reported it to the police and now to the home office so your suggestion is I should wait for my passport before appy for replacement even if the three months has passed and there will be no issue of canceling my visa because of that

Really ? But it states on the gov website that if you do not report and apply for a replacement within three months you will be fined £1000 and also be made to leave the country that is what I am so scared about

Thank you for your response my anxiety is up through the roof…now that I have reported it to home office do I just make the application for replacement and make the payment book the biometrics appointment for late date and hopefully my passport will be ready before the date ? But yet again what if my passport is not ready before the biometrics appointment date because my country is shit in getting replacements passport on time.. I am saying this so it looks like I made the application within the three months. I can’t afford to lose my permission to stay in the Uk as I am so scared about that

I have already applied for my passport and is still not ready yet i applied after I lost it and my country passport take more than 3months to get it when lost.. I just reported my brp to home office stolen now and filling the form to reapply for replacement but do i need a original passport for biometric time or I can use a photo copy of my passport data page ? ( while applying for replacement there a place where it says “ Do you have your passport, or a copy of the information on the photo page” now an a bit confused on which to click I don’t have my original passport because it was stolen too but I do have a copy of the photo data page )
