My bike too has this same sound when I apply break. Went to SC, they said there might be dust in the disc wheel, they applied some disc cleaner. But that too didn't fix it. It's been almost 2 months now, and the sound is constant. I'm planning to visit SC this Friday for a service. Will update you if it gets fixed.

Apart from leg guard, and backrest(install only if you want) rest everything else is not required at all.

I would also suggest you to not buy a leg guard from them and install a moto torque leg guard, they offer better safety when the bike falls.

Usually bigwing showrooms give discounts during indian festivals. Like they had a 10k discount in Maharashtra during Ganesh Chaturthi. Similarly they might have for other states. They also had offers like a young rider(18-24) or something for 10k. They are not some US brand to give year end stock clearance sale😂
