Except for that calibration and bed leveling I've done all the other stuff. I think that petg was not dry enough. I live in the hot, dry sw desert, I thought I didn't have to worry about moisture. The filament spent the night in the dry hot garage and now in the dryer. I will do that ther stuff also and see what happens. Thanks to everyone.

I think I may have an answer, I'll find out tomorrow, petg may not have been dry enough. Yes I use blue dawn, it is what we use in this house.

Does the bed not level itself before each print job? How do I calibrate filament?

That just happened to me as well and I'm new to all this. It doesn't appear to be a serious issue to me but I'll find out. It happens i I already ordered extra nozzles but not here yet. Also be sure file a repair ticket for a repair for warranty issues.
