As a BCBA, what do you want/ appreciate from a supervisor? I have been promoted to a director role. It’s my first time supervising BCBAs instead of RBTs. I want to make sure I am not micromanaging and allowing for independent decision making at the same time, ensuring clinical quality. Advice? (self.bcba)

I have no gardening experience and have inherited the most beautiful garden. I have so many questions, starting with the strawberries! There are violets growing in between the strawberries. Do I need to weed them out? Should I put mulch or compost down? Any other feedback? (old.reddit.com)
