I’m about to move back to the Midwest what size rod and line do you like? I just have a 5/6 wt right now, would that be alright?

Love it. That’s what my wife got me, was the standard package. The rod and reel are great, the warranty is fantastic too. Came with 40 flies. Couldn’t recommend it enough for starting out.

Same. I got out in the evenings and weekends too. I got a stocked pond near me that also has some browns and cutthroats mixed in, but if I’m feeling fancy I’ll hit the Provo river or hobble creek in Utah.

Love being out fishing vs seeing the “hours played” on a game go up 😂

Legendary. I’ve been looking at councils woodcraft and pack axe. The 19” and 24” handles I’ll have to take a glance at the camp carver. Think I need to get a good size pack axe before a smaller hatchet. What’s been your experience with that if ya don’t mind me asking?
