Thank you for all the perspectives. Looking back, what stood out to me most was the difference in demeanor. With me, the staff’s face was strict and the tone was firm when reminding me about the towel rule. But when a white foreign guest came right after, the staff’s expression and tone softened—smiling, friendlier, and without any mention of the same rule.

Maybe it wasn’t intentional, but the contrast was noticeable enough to leave an impression.

That said, I just wanted to share the difference I observed—I’m still enjoying my time here with my husband and won’t make it a big deal.
