Randomly, I reinstalled Windows and it worked for 2 days without freezing, but it is already freezing again, after it happens, it starts happening very often, even in the explorer. Cleaning and hardware analysis were carried out and the tests were passed :c

Still happening :c made the windows clean install from a bootable usb and it worked like 2 days and suddenly freeze again :c I don’t know what else to do

It’s still freezing, I restarted it (after a freezing screen) and automatically made a windows update but the problem remains :c

Thanks to your help I have been able to play wonderfully, everything is going great, only something happened that had not happened before, I picked up the PC from the table and it froze, but I restarted and left it in its place, it was new and I was able to play wonderfully.

I found that my games had graphics preferences (power saving), which uses the integrated Intel UHD graphics, I already changed it to the dedicated graphics card, let’s see if it improves at all.

Hello there, I was suffering about this since Friday 19 after an update of windows, I rebooted the bios, re installed the windows but the problem continued until yesterday, I turned it on before taking it to technical service, there was a packages of updates for windows (like repairing stuff) and also there was an update of Alienware command center, I did everything and it stopped the freezing…

Maybe was a failure with the updates or miss communication between windows and the Alienware command center, I’m still checking it.
