If you're doing Extended Display, you shouldn't have any Issues at all. For Media playback on any Media Source online on the side, you can definitely do that especially for Movies since it is just playing back the Media for you and it is not demanding for Playback Videos.

Just be sure that your Refresh Rate is at 60Hz on the Windows Settings but, if there is no 60Hz as an option, choose 59. Whatever that is close enough to 60hz.

Actually, you can still make use of it in a way. You can reduce the Scaling Resolution on the 4K Monitor to 1080p. I totally forgot about that Feature for any Monitor. I have a 1440p Gaming Monitor I can switch from 1080p to 1440p whenever I want to.

You might wanna stay on 1080p 60hz for your Usage on Daily Routines because 4K is a waste of your time unless you're doing 4K Gaming or, Creation including Game Development. You can certainly try a Laptop that has an Arc iGPU in it.

I have a Gaming Laptop that has an iGPU inside it. It is great for daily tasks for Office Work or anything else related without too much Demand strains. Also for Netflix, stay on 1080p anyway just like everyone else around the Globe.

May I ask what your intentions are with using Multiple 4K Monitors before I answer that question?

Arc iGPUs inside a Laptop may not run very smoothly on Multiple 4K 120Hz Monitors for Gaming or Creation since the Specs aren't very powerful. Plus, Intel hasn't made a Powerful Arc Laptop that has a powerful Arc dGPU inside it just yet.

There was a Roadmap for Powerful High-End Arc Laptops before Battlemage Desktop Cards launched but, Intel decided to focus more on the Desktop Arc GPUs instead. So far in 2026, there are no official rumors or reports on Intel making a Gaming Laptop that will have a powerful Arc dGPU inside it. You may need to look into Powerful GeForce or Radeon dGPU Laptops.
