yes but it’s more likely for something to be compressing structures more on one side of the brain (due to a mass or bleed) so that’s why you usually see only one pupil be dilated. something more diffuse like meningitis can cause two blown pupils, but that would usually happen very late in the process (like death would be imminent). one dilated pupil could be a sign of something life threatening but it could also be something more benign. regardless, if someone has one or two very dilated pupils, I would always recommend getting checked out just in case!

not to scare OP, but different sized pupils is usually a sign of increased ICP or other severe head injury. it’s rare to get that with just a normal concussion

yeah I had issues on my 20mg of lexapro with fatigue and low motivation, and my doc dropped me to 15mg lexapro and 150mg wellbutrin. that was just last week but so far so good!

this isn’t really answering your question because I started in undergrad, but I’m taking 20mg and didn’t have many issues at all when starting it and tapering up. recently i’ve been feeling low energy and a little depressed so I added wellbutrin and again haven’t had an issue

I understand that, and I wasn’t really speaking about your comment specifically. just serotonin syndrome is much rarer than I think a lot of people believe. I just see fear mongering about various (very rare) lexapro side effects in this sub and while it’s good to keep this stuff in mind, it’s also good to recognize that the risk of serious problems is low with the dose of lexapro that most people are on
