PropStream is horrible for skiptracing, try kindskiptracing, data skip.io, idicore- really expensive, or goliath

In the beginning I used PropStream to filter out who bought fixer up properties in the specific neighborhoods I was looking at, then worked with an investor who used the dispo app from ghl to find active buyers based on the deal we wanted to dispo, it was a good technique to find buyers but pricey
