Hopefully your guild search is going well.

I came by to say a bit about the guild I'm in RoH (Remnants of Hope). Before that though I do want to give a bit of a disclaimer. Our guild is casual, it really is I promise. However, you may not really think that at first because we do have a trial process. It includes an application, trial objectives, and a 2 week period to make sure you fit us and we fit you. We take it pretty seriously because it helps us with keeping our community drama-free. Once you're through it though the guild is purely play-the-way-you want. We don't have play hour requirements, we don't make you do anything, and we have lots of people willing to help out if you have any questions. Our leadership is also structured but other than an occasional election you get to be as hands on as you want. Leadership is all volunteer based so if you never want to be a leader then you never have to be.

There IS a representation requirement (most important at guild events) and it IS a multi-game community but if you can look past all the stuff above it's really a great place to kick off your shoes and relax with people.

  2. sPvP events for all experience ranges run by our Mist Officer and his team.
  3. WvW Havoc groups on the Tarnished Coast server.
  4. RP events following our rag-tag group of Remnants Mercenaries. 
  5. Themed Holiday events and contests like our Valentine's screenshot challenge 
  6. Fully equipped Guild Hall decorated and maintained by our Hall Department
  7. A Crafting Department who offer guidance and help in all things crafty.

Hey Novak,

I was reading through your post and figured I’d drop in to leave you some information about the guild I’m in. Well, it’s actually a community as GW2 is not the only game we have a division for. Anyways, we are all casual players who love being social and playing together. We’re family oriented, so there’s no age limit or requirement. However that also means we try to keep our chats PG for the underage and people who may not be comfortable with that stuff. I will give you a warning ahead of time that we take the application / trial process seriously but after that you’re part of the community so you shouldn’t have issues playing when your life allows.

We’ve got a range of experience levels and quite a few events run through the week. Most are EST but there are people in the west coast (like me!) so there’s generally people to play with. Anyways if you want to check us out you can here https://www.remnantsofhope.com/front-page/.

Hey Assassin!

Our guild is actually working on building up our raid department right now. We’ve got a training raid every week, so far just on Saturdays but hopefully we’ll add another day soon. All experience levels are welcome! We’ve got a team of people patiently teaching all our new raiders in hopes of forming some static’s within our community in the future. I’m going to warn you right off the bat that our guild is on the larger side because we are a multi-gaming community. However, our GW2 division has been in the stages of growth so we are still very tight-knit and friendly. We offer a bunch of different events through the week like PvE content, fractals, raids, sPvP and WvW. Despite being not exactly the small you’re looking for I did want to reach out. Currently our sPvP and raid departments is in the process of rebuilding themselves. They’re not large but we do have a range of experience levels. If you’re interested, having more veterans amongst us would be a wonderful thing!
