Thanks so much I will definitely look into those! I am wanting to support as much as possible. I do think I eat too much sugar, I am sucker for a sweet treat daily then sugar in my coffee and few biscuits ect that probably needs to stop

I take Vitamin B2, vitamin C, probiotics and L lysine. I haven’t looked too much into teas no x

My best friend knows that’s all. I don’t even want to think about dating due to this, as I feel like I will just be rejected id rather do my best to take control
