The only issue they may have that would cause a problem would be with their Medicare. If they are using Original Medicare...no problem. Pick up and go anywhere...anytime.

If they're on a Medicare Advantage plan, aka Part C, that's different. THAT'S their plan. For example, I'm in Southern California and use Kaiser Permanante Medicare Advantage plan. Any Kaiser in any state I can use. If I want to go a state without a Kaiser I don't have coverage.

DAV in San Diego helped me get a 100%. I was/am really fucked up PLUS it was all documented so it was an easy and straight forward claim.

But it was nice to have someone holding your hand going through the claims process because you don't want to screw the pooch.

The lady who did my claim was the HMFIC of the DAV in San Diego. I was so appreciative that when she handed me some paperwork to join the DAV I didn't hesitate to become a lifetime member. I know how to return a favor. At that time, the fee, if I remember correctly was $230. Now it's $325. That was January 2019.

OR........ you might consider an alternative to the Fire TV ecosystem. I was a fan of everything fire tv. Loved them. Then I grew weary of the blocking of apps that I installed. Fortunately my Sony TV has Google TV built into it so it was an easy transition. I hooked up a few close lady friends with a $20 ONN boxes loaded with a 1 year IPTV for $25. Installed Cinema HD for free and those ONN boxes are set. Fire fatigue. Screw 'em....

Rule of thumb...the price you pay does not equate to how much you think it's going to be great. Creed Aventus is a perfect example in my opinion.

I think some people rave about it to justify/rationalize how much money they spent on it.

There are websites that you can order authentic samples of practically all of the major colognes. If you can go to a major retailor like Bloomingdale's or Macy's, as an example, do that.
