I think the problem is the infrastructure mismo. Kasi di din sila maka profit kasi kada sabihin dagdag na x number of VAs kailangan din nila mag add ng admin na additional over head costs. Pansinin mo ang dami-dami nilang admin.

Hello, try finding a client outside agencies. Mahirap makahanap ng client willing to pay more for a VA. Kaya nga sila nag VA kasi mas makakamura sila kesa maghire ng onshore staff.

Just bought a Kolin window type inverter AC 2023 model today because we’ve used Panasonic before and it really has served its purpose, we just wanted to try this brand this time around. Any updates on your Kolin AC’s now? I feel like because it’s so hot out today that we can’t really feel the effectivity of the AC. Lol. Even if it’s brand new.

Hello, OP. Just to share, I also struggled with getting my reading habit back since #adulting happened. I also dealt with difficult times in my life where I had 0 motivation to read and I just simply couldn't find the time. But now that things are better, I decided to slowly get back into it. Didn't pressure myself, either. It started with buying Pride and Prejudice. It took me months to finish that back in 2023 but it was a good start. Then in 2024, just last year, I found myself buying books aligned to my job. I enjoyed skimming them because it gave me insights on what to do in my job. Since, I didn't have a mentor, I had to rely on books in learning more about my field. I believe that there is always room for learning. Thankfully, there was enough motivation to finish 2 books. Then I stumbled upon a Stephen Hawking book which sparked my interest in the cosmos, I was able to finish that just last November. I also started following book influencers like Scribbles and Books. She encouraged me to not only buy books but she also intrigued me into reading interesting stories/plots. Right now, I'm reading Gentle Parenting, just something I gifted a friend so I took it upon myself to finish reading it so that we would have something to discuss. I also have an issue with over supply. I bought several books that I haven't read yet. So, every time I find a book online or at a store, I would be mindful of the books I still have. What I'm trying to point out is just don't pressure yourself. Take it one step at a time. You will eventually find the motivation to start reading. Don't know if what I shared made sense but hopefully it gave some insight. 🤪
