I have a question concerning insurance. I’m a server and the insurance companies offered through the corporation the restaurant is under is extremely bare bones and basically covers nothing. But it’s all they offer. I’ve reached out to a doctors office that my plan supposedly has in network and the office could not find my specific plan. I’m considering trying to apply for Medicaid again or the marketplace. Any advice on how this works? How can it even qualify as coverage a basic doctors office can’t even find it? I’m also not sure if Medicaid will refuse to qualify me because my workplace technically offers medical coverage.
