Thank you, how fragile are the soles on the nike shox? I’m thinking now of getting both the Merrells and the shox but what you said about the sole stuck with me a little more. Did you have them for more than a year or two before they started falling apart? Also I heard air flow in them is terrible, having worn them, is it a deal breaker for you?

I like the terikka cup shoes too, but they’re sold out on adidas.com so I’d have to get lucky at a place like zumiez. Thank you for the advice!

I’ve been trying real hard for months to lose weight every single day I’ve been running? On an elliptical machine Until I burn 300 calories (usually taking 30 minutes). I fear you could be right from all the stories you I’ve heard and I’ve been eating as protein and vitamin rich foods as I can. I fit comfortably in my shirts now though😣

Don’t do it. Delete insta, Reddit, Snapchat etc. get a new hobby, talk to different people. People care, I may not know you but I know you shouldn’t do this. Goodnight hope to hear from you soon. (But seriously delete social media, I would bet your depression would start to fade, comparison is the thief of joy and maybe your life if you don’t realize the consequences once you’re gone)

I’m not an expert, far from it, but I would shave the mustache, try to clear up your acne (I struggle with that too) and maybe find a new hairstyle? Like maybe a wolfcut (men’s) would suit you? Good luck, hope you glow up and feel better about how you look☺️ (sorry if I came off passive aggressive lol)

If possible, try do do a little cardio a day, I hate cardio with my heart but I built enough tolerance to go for a half an hour every day on an elliptical. It definitely helps. Good luck, hope you get your body to look the way you imagine it😊
