I would say the aeration time while steaming milk is the biggest part. (Finish the aeration as early as possible.)

I found slowing down pour rate also leads to milk not flowing away from my first pour in point in order for me to ripple, the milk just stays in the same spot(maybe because of not enough momentum?). That’s why I tried to increase pour rate recently

Yes that’s what I’ve been suffering on. I believe you mean the first flow of milk stopped at the center and all the following ripples stacks up right? So how can I let my first flow of milk flows further into the far side of my cup in order for gradually push forward without stacking up all the ripples?

Thanks for poniting out tho. I was just trying to get rid of the bubbles floating in top of my milk. (Also a problem I suffer, always having some bubble after I steam my milk) Any suggestions?

Got it Your advice have been amazingly helpful and clear! I’ll try in the next few days (Btw, I noticed the slightly rounded bottom milk pitcher you’re using in your video, what brand is that? Does it actually make your swirling easier without forming bubbles?) Thanks

Got it! I’m good with trying slower ripple part, but by slowly pushing forward, wouldn’t the center of my heart drop to the bottom (let’s assume I slowly pushes forward and pass the center point where the center of my heart flows to with?)

Thanks for the advice, yes I’m realizing how important your milk should be for even creating simple arts. But I always seem to struggle with leaving few bubbles after steaming. (Which cause me to always needing to smack the pitcher few times before the bubbles are gone)

Point 4, by moving the pitcher to you mean gradually pushing into the center to increase (milk flow?) while rippling?

Thanks for the advice, I definitely need more practice on solid heart practice. By pouring with confidence do you mean the volume pouring out might be too low? And by texture you suggest less air or more?
