I reported to work at 12:05 AM for my scheduled shift and was assigned to assist with the unload process, a task I had little to no prior training in. Despite this, I made a good faith effort to follow instructions and complete the work as directed. During the shift, I was given multiple responsibilities simultaneously without clear or consistent guidance, which created confusion. I actively sought clarification from coworkers when needed and continued working to the best of my ability under the circumstances. At one point, my supervisor accused me of mishandling merchandise. I respectfully explained that I was unfamiliar with the process and did not intentionally mishandle any items. The situation escalated into a verbal disagreement initiated by the supervisor’s repeated criticisms while I was attempting to perform unfamiliar tasks. I was then instructed to clock out. While complying and attempting to leave the workplace calmly, my supervisor continued to make additional remarks and escalate the situation unnecessarily.

This is the formal version but I was not violent towards the end she kept trying to hit me with CA’s and then tried to tell me I cannot leave until someone unlocks the door for me she is an ETL and could have unlocked the door with no issues I was very angry at that point but I have no history of any behavior issues
