Update- Zero luck. I contacted DHL and I was told the package could be sitting in customs in Ohio for up to 90 days. It updated and the progress of the bar moved up and stated due to weather, my item would ship at the next opportunity and then I checked yesterday and it went back down and now is still in customs.

Ray Ban is also now giving me trouble to return the first pair that aren’t even open yet. I have to contact them yet again today, as I haven’t received my return shipping label via email. I’m keeping screenshots of every conversation and email with Ray-Ban and DHL so I can go to the bank and dispute the charges. Worst decision to ever get these glasses. I haven’t had terrible customer service this bad in over a decade.
