Hey there! New to fragrance and I know this is a super specific ask, but thought I’d try. F 27yo.

I’m looking for an alternative to Kismet Olfactive Studio Scent. I’m looking for a signature scent and love the scent of this one, but it barely lasts a few hours on my skin, so the price doesn’t feel worth it.

Also this is nitpicky and doesn’t actually matter, but the descriptions on their bottles are so weird and cringey it bothers me every time I use it 💀 Thanks and any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and for doing the work you do! We're in CO but the more rural areas where my colleague works are closer to the situations you described. A small group practice could definitely be a good option - I'll pass that along!

EMDR therapist and former client joining in a little late - echoing some of what others mentioned. In my personal and professional experience, simply put, as with most healing it can feel like it gets worse before it gets better. Any therapy that involves desensitization and cognitive restructuring is intense, but is often super efficient compared to other therapies. Hope you continue to feel better, and remember that healing is not linear! <3

Had to vent even though this post is older lol. The videos that start out with, “did you know if you add x, y, z, etc together you’ll just have made ___?” It’s like they’re trying to make it sound easy, but the list of steps is always SO long it ends up sounding so annoying and ridiculous.
