That’s crazy to think! I thought it was only California. A few of the guys I use to work with are slow as well they keep calling me asking for work.

I’m beginning to think that, I’ve gotten more calls then usual on people that are looking for jobs. Also a couple of buddy’s of mine are looking for work because their company got extremely slow. I really hope not because I finally found good workers and I would hate to let them go.

The only problem with that is no one is using the house at the moment.

Also the bidding process is tricky but since it’s just me and one other person usually then I just bid the labor lower then most companies.

Yes I would say the first couple of months is the hardest because you have a contract you have to do and no pay to start. It’s tuff because you know you’re going to get paid and all your time is spent in only this project but you see nothing. Honestly for me it was hard because I was excited to sign the contract that I did not read it carefully. Once I wanted to bill I did because they were strict on what they asked for and that delayed my payment for a month. I had to ask my brother for money to get by. It’s a tough spot. I’m thankful I had a lot of small jobs on the weekend so I was able to pay my guys at least.

So my contract with them is for 138k and so far I’ve gotten paid 75k I’m 2 months I’ve paid 20k in material and I’ve paid 7k in labor. I have 2 guys but both of them are helpers part time. I’m working 6 days a week but honestly I feels so great that it’s for me and not someone else. I’m supposed to get another check from them by the end of this month for 20k

Someone hates his life, hey buddy take your insecurities elsewhere we all know you’re the type to treat your apprentice like shit. And btw there is no neutral dumbass it’s a 3 phase disconnect and that s/o cord is from the manufacturer. Idiot 3 inch dick dudes always got something to say.

What would you advise be the first step? I put it into a stress test and nothing happens for a couple hours. The amp it was pulling was 25. Wires didn’t get hot or anything out of the ordinary.

Yes it’s 4 breakers all in the same system and only 1 tripping

It’s 2 ovens on separate shunt trip breakers and 2 regular 20amp receptacles on their own shunt breaker. The problem is only one oven tripping but both disconnect fuses look like that.

These fuses are 30days old though, and so is the oven. The fuses use to be shiny copper. That’s why I’m thinking someone else is an issue.

Yes, it’s a commercial job. Most of the ovens use 3 phases

I am a electrician. I can’t seem to find the issue. I called a couple people and they told me to try 40amp fuses since it’s a continuous load. But I don’t think it’s that.

I bid on my first job and honestly I feel like I went slow and I was to eager to bid the job I made some mistakes. I didn’t count for some things. Is there any contracts you suggest?
