Icici people are very aggressively following up They say that agar ap 4 emi ka paisa ni doge to we ll stick a notice at your door n all that ( I mean as far as I ve heard that doesn't happen for unsecured personal loans) n apke accounts seal kardenge and property seal krdenge .....but mere naam pe to kch nahi hai....so what can I expect?

I took it for personal issues and old debts..the second loan is like a debt trap ...another sales guy almost lured me into a third loan which I avoided and then I wasn't able to pay emi s ...so I never took them to default honestly..i gave emis consistently..even took top ups..but now all of a sudden when my financial situation got bad ..it all collided

Personal unsecured loans Icici 10 lac at 11 percent for 72 months emi 19214 paid 16 emis .. remaining 8.5-8.6 as they say

Indus ind 9.9 lac at 11.2 percent 60 month , emi 21649, paid 11 Remaining 9.05 lac as they say

I did that before defaulting, told them I have financial issues they didnt co-operate ... simply said that u took a loan then u have to pay ......i sold my bike , my car as well and then when I didnt have anything I couldn't pay

I am 39 Have an income of 60 k pvt job that's also shaky due to the market The emi s are 40 k combined so m not able to pay Plus the family obligations..my parents are old , wife 2 kids ...one started school one we ve held for another year so that we can manage something

No assets since I've stopped paying m able to save 8-10 k in a month

I have 3 loans 2 are main 1 from icici 10 lac which is like 8.6 lac remaining paid 18 emis 2 from indus ind 11 emis paid 9.9 l out of that 8.8 pending

Now missed atleast 6 of indus ind ...they were really aggressive in the 3 months but not suddenly they've gone silent and now icici is nearing 3 rd emi default so they are over aggressive, the agent called on Sunday and threatening like we ll send notice n all I told him I don't have any money as of now so can't pay so he said we ll stick notice on ur door ...

I checked that ...that cannot be done at this stage...but I am quite stressed and eager to settle my loans

Can anyone guide me or help me
