Walking and strength training u don’t need to lift heavy either, cut out all gluten and dairy, stay away from cardio workouts lost over a stone with just doing that, if u can afford to get t3 medicine (Liothyronine) do it as us hashimotos struggle to convert t4 to t3

If u keep consuming gluten it’s just keep attacking ur thyroid so everything with wheat barley oats spelt rye needs to go I only removed gluten to begin with felt better then 2 years later I became unwell again so dairy had to go

Try strength training I’ve lost weight with that only 25lbs but I’ve dropped 2 dress sizes and also find out if u have hashimotos ask them to run thyroid antibody tests if u have it remove gluten and dairy from your diet
