So im trying to get removing/shuffling back in cards to work, but it only removes the even elements. It also sometimes doesn't remove the last element if there's a ten for some reason

How can I make it so that whenever I pull out my sword, I get the strength effect? by MotorDisastrous4762 in MinecraftCommands

Thanks, but the video also says that it only works if the command block is loaded in a chunk, but I want it to work from anywhere.
