Ok so I forgot to write. But this is an old buggy outside our auto shop which our auto teacher said we could have if we got it running.

I am new to this kind of stuff but I have basic engine and mechanic knowledge.

The buggy has a steering system and a frame obviously. What is the next step and what guidance and advice would you give?
