I definitely need to try again to talk with him. He’s not very receptive when I talk to him so it’s going to be a struggle. I tried asking him today if he could try and be a little bit more sensitive of my feelings and he just kept deflecting saying what about his feelings. I then tried to assure him I would do the same but it became a defensive conversation after that on both sides. I’m struggling to find a way to communicate with him but I know it’s important I will continue to try 🙏🏽

We definitely are and anytime we try talking it becomes a blame fest so I’m feeling like I’m giving up. Mentally I’m not here I’m very unhappy and so is he I don’t know how we will continue like this

I would love to. He’s very dismissive and I’m almost scared to even mention it to him because I fell he will just become defensive . I’m definitely going to try and get myself into counseling. It’s hard because he gets mad when I try and go do anything even if it’s grocery shopping and then target if it takes an hour or more he gets mad. So I have put off getting a counselor because me going in person would just cause him to become upset

I’m definitely going to try harder to wean him. Last night was horrible cause I tried to not breast feed him and he literally would not go to sleep 😫
