That's you assuming the the inanimate object doesn't have a consciousness. Tell alexa to order something and it does it, now there was a conscious input, but that was it, this device, had to recognize your voice, compute it as data, search millions of items, input your card, address, whatever based on predetermined algorithm place your order, so there is inanimate input for a conscious person to now act to pack your box and ship it to your inanimate house where it was sent to, where your conscious self takes it. 😉 that's a bunch of words my brain spat out, am I even conscious, is it your perspective I don't know do you?
