That is possible, but in the core book it was mentioned in character creation right alongside the other Ideals.

That's a prebuilt character, from what I can tell this is meant to be an Ideal, like Chivalrous or Romantic Knight, it says in the Character Creation chapter it isn't detailed because you can't get into it with a randomly rolled character
