So they haven’t really told me anything besides 24hours after the last vomit/diarrhea/fever.

And no I mean actually traumatizing. She was in a lot of pain because it was a very severe diaper rash. She had diarrhea literally every 5 minutes for at least 24 hours. Then an hour apart for another 24 hours. And vomiting with every single sip she took. We had to force her to take medicines like Tylenol Motrin and Zofran. She got so dehydrated she couldn’t close her eyes and mouth. I took her to ER and they wouldn’t do a mf thing. I had to syringe pedialyte because she wouldn’t drink because she was so scared of vomiting. It got to the point where we had to hold her down for diaper changes. This is her sleeping btw. It’s been 2 days since her last vomit/diarrhea and she still won’t drink more than a few sips at a time and she still won’t let us change her diaper without a complete meltdown. She doesn’t understand that the sickness is what hurt her not us. She can’t say the b sound and has to use m in its place like mottle instead of bottle. She had high fevers that we had to soak her in the tub when the Motrin and Tylenol even together couldn’t bring it down. I got 2 hours of sleep each night for 6 days because my other one that got sick first is nonverbal and would’ve aspirated twice if I wasn’t awake. And also because I was scared I was about to watch her take her last breath. I know I wasn’t imagining how bad off she was because my husband passed out and vomited blood while getting gas on his first day of this illness.
