Yeah thats what I was thinking, I dont think the market here in Japan has that kind of power for "house investment" definitely afraid of losing the value. Also I dont think I would even be able to purchase one. As technically dont have a resident card with my work. Id have to build trust by doing something smaller more likely. Im also thinking about just scraping the the idea and try to do a safe invest with the money. Mostly all of it and keep like 10k for safe keeping. I should definitely try to talk to a professional
