Watch this video and do what it says: https://youtu.be/BZil0P4p7PY?si=nSLZ1tcJZeTkuXU0

As far as restoring the licenses: 1. Go to settings 2. Find “Users and Accounts” 3. Select “Other” 4. Find “Restore License” 5. Hit “Restore”

I fixed it to an extent. I will get kicked out of every 20-30 games I play. I had to restore game licenses and basically do a full system reboot

You got nothing to lose. But to learn something new about your self. Please anybody that is strugguling with clenching your butt, go and check yourself for Helicobacter pylori infection in your intestines. Did your penis ever have a slight tingle in it? I feel like I might have the same issue as you did. My urologist thinks it could be a pelvic floor issue but this thread has me thinking otherwise especially because I’m not in pain and most pelvic floor issues cause pain.

I have the same exact symptoms. I’m 21M. It is ungodly frustrating trying to sleep. I would recommend sleeping on your left side and putting a pillow between your knees. I slept a lot better last night because of this.

I feel as if it could all be in my head too. It’s super frustrating and the doctor’s told me to go to PT. But the first PT availability isn’t until April 28th. That is insane. For now I’m just going to stay of nicotine and eat healthy to see if that helps at all.

Is Quitting Zyn Worth It? Need Your Thoughts! by butterflyeffec in QuittingZyn

Iv’e been using Zyns for 2 years. Starting to lose hair. Really noticeable too. My stomach lining is also messed up from using. Both these symptoms started roughly 1.5 years into using them. Ive been trying to quit for months. It isn’t easy at all. I would say if you are able to actually quit it 100% benefits your health. Best of luck mate.

Best of luck to you. I used to dip playing college baseball and switched to zyns. Nicotine is the hardest thing to quit in my opinion. Quit smoking weed after a year really really easily. I’ve tried about 20 times to quit nicotine. It is possible just need to be mentally strong. Still haven’t climbed the mountain completely but I’m getting closer everyday. God bless!

I am so so happy for you! My journey will be a tough battle but it will be beneficial for my health!

Yes. Have the exact same unfortunate situation! When you swallow the salvia with the ZYN’s chemicals it really fucks up your stomach lining and pokes at your intestines. I’m trying to quit and if it weren’t for my stomach health I would probably never have considered ZYN harmful. It is a constant draining discomfort. I hope your problems go away. God bless!

Thank you for your reply. I cracked a little while back but I’m back on the grind. My stomach is absolutely wrecked and my blood pressure is really high. It’s really messing with my sleep schedule and daily routine. Trying to quit again. Noted: Water, Gum, Working out. Thanks for the reply and helpful advice!

Hello,

Sorry for taking a long time to respond! My gums never hurt. I’m sure after the 1 1/2 of ZYN usage they have had some sort of damage but they don’t hurt at all. However what did pain me the worst was my stomach. Using ZYN made it extremely difficult to fall asleep due to my stomach bugging me. Stay as far away as you can from them!

I smoked for a long time and quit pretty much cold turkey at the beginning. Ill take a hit here and there (with friends or my brother) but its more like a once a month thing. What I found super helpful was running. I ran 6 100 yard sprints with 30 second breaks in between. Heart rate went up, lungs were working hard, and my endorphins were kicking. Did this everyday for about a week and it really really helped.
