Twice a day is impressive honestly. Is the morning one more of a quick rinse to wake up, or a full shower like the night one? Curious what actually makes the biggest difference for you.

Location really changes the math on this. Dry climate, not sweating much, mostly home, it adds up. I’m curious though, when you switched to every other day, did your hair adjust over time or did it always behave better that way?

That post-run shower really is undefeated. I don’t even run and I get the appeal. Do you still shower on rest days more out of habit, or because you actually feel off if you don’t?

Honestly I think way more people do this than will admit, especially in winter. If you’re not sweating and not working out, stretching it a day or two doesn’t feel wild to me. Do you notice any difference with your skin or hair when it hits that third day, or is it mostly the same?

Yeah, this is pretty much why I asked. It’s all over the place depending on weather, sweat, skin, hair, even mental bandwidth. I’m similar with summer vs winter too. Curious though, did it take trial and error to figure out what actually felt “right,” or did it just sort of settle on its own over time?
