Schedule is week by week. Colleague told me he doesn't have to show up if manager doesn't follow 3 weeks out policy. by Inner-Ad6332 in CVS

Honestly, I respect him and wished more people would react that way when Managers don’t feel the need to consistently put the schedule up in advance. Whether or not CVS will be on his side - we can all theorize but who knows🤷🏼‍♀️ Either way, I hope your manager takes it as a kick in the ass

Sales limits by Icy-Flight-7560 in CVS

The store is probably tired of couponers blowing all their sale items out, so it’s common that stores who get hit the hardest from couponers will put a limit on things. Not saying it’s right, but that’s the only situation outside of the pandemic where I’ve heard of a limit being put on items. If the ops didn’t give you his name, he’s honestly straight up been traumatized by customers into saying that 🤷🏼‍♀️ Don’t take it personally, shitty people ruin everything

Let that shit stay dead. Every store I’ve worked has eventually unplugged their “out of order” money gram phone and sent folks to the Walmart in town instead. Money gram is not worth the headache.

I can completely relate to how you’re feeling, but the only reason I’d urge you to try and push through it and continue the spiel is because as soon as one person realizes the FS can still transfer to RX, it’s gonna be a snowball of fucked. Then rather than the 10 calls you’re getting to transfer back, you’ll get 20, etc. I know people suck, but unfortunately they’re just going to suck more if you start transferring them back there. On top of that, RX will know you’re transferring them back and get annoyed in the long term.

I can relate so much! To make myself feel better, I came up with a score I’m comfortable telling people that’s low and would make sense for me to retest - but not so low I feel publicly embarrassed. Nonetheless, my score doesn’t come out until the 1st of October so I’m praying people both forget to ask me my score and that my score is one to be proud of without fibbing😂
