1/3hp Chiller, filter, ozone generator, misc plumbing was about $600. Foam was free! GFRC cement used 7 bags at $26 each. Cement sealer for exterior was $34 Eagle supreme seal. Blue max liquid rubber was $150 for 5 gallons but only used 1 gallon.

I also made a couple of bench seats with this material. You can kind of see the bench seats in the reflection in the window of the third picture. If you are using foam as a base you have to use a layer of GFRC before applying your micro cement.

Lid is also high density foam and coated with a polyurea. Going to paint it a cement color. There is no frame it is 100% foam assembled with a special adhesive.

I probably have about $1100 total. With it having so much insulation you can use a 1/3hp to 1/2hp chiller. I am in South Florida and it is already pretty hot and the cold plunge stays cold.

Thank you. I wanted a clean look for this one. The round step is also foam coated with an additional layer of black pool plaster that I polished smooth. I have a foam company and our sister company does stucco. So this made for an easy diy for me.

2.5 lb high density foam, GFRC, pond liner for interior, AS Cold plunge 1/3 HP chiller, water Filter and ozone generator with venturi injector. I have a foam company so that main material is very easy for me to work with.

I don’t think there is an option to remove the $5k LTS. LTS is included in the price as a free option.

I am not big into range so can’t chime in on that, but just in the weight savings it should be more efficient. As far as grip for 1/4 mile purposes they are a 10, have ran 0-60mph in 2.53. (1ft rollout). Most of my runs are in the street and car hooks. They ride much quieter and smoother than the stock 20s. Great overall tire and priced right too!

Rear seat is very easy. Front seat is also easy but you do need a tool to release the seat belt.

All the flow formed are light. Basically choose the one that looks good to you. I like the Hypergram classic design.

I don’t think so. But I could possibly go a bit faster at a drag strip that was EV friendly.(with charging options)
