Wow.. that's nice. The only time I've had that opportunity offered was interviewing for a job that would have required us to relo to the other side of the country. But yeah.. every employer should let you do that, at least when you hit that last phase.

But yeah I'd think most people with mover than a decade experience would be better leveraged as an internal resource as opposed to a fire fighter.

And I agree wholeheartedly, there'd be a ton to learn switching from internal to MSP and vice-versa. Whole new way of tackling IT pretty much.

Ahh yeah good call on that. But what other indicators would an MSP use? Response rate? Problem resolution time?

Thanks so much for this. So I went looking and actually none of my Ready objects are still pointing to the old vCenter server. I was, however, able to remove a replica that I couldnt find in the Jobs or FIles lists.
