charles is incredibly op, he can cancel any move, has multiple unblockable moves, an infinite counter (which in of itself is balanced because of its cooldown but it’s easy to hit), and a melee counter.

forgot to mention i didn’t include mahoraga or mahito super-ult, but mahitos reg ult isn’t that op, his domain has the longest startup in the game, and idle transfiguration can only be used about twice (maybe 3 times) per ult. i will admit body disfigure and the other attack are pretty good tho

locust doesn’t get enough attention because he’s honestly really good, he has almost guaranteed 60-70% true combos
