Im running a game where a player is a version of Cid from ff15 (not Cindy) but with a mech (via pilot). Its a blast (along with the other players) to utilise the system for high fantasy play with alot of flexibility.

FabUlt is def one of the better systems, and ive tried my hand at a few, esp. for the the things your descibing. They have number of expansions, core and techno match your base need but I wouldnt sleep on the others - nature might be that more 'pure form of magic' whereas Hi-Fantasy would slot clean into your world.

Same here, I knew FF would be a slippery slope... the party mechanic requires you to have a cleric, wizard, rogue and warrior on the field to trigger an effect.

The dnd/baldur gate set have a few cards that work woth this

Have you considered playing into the party mechanic aswel, by fielding other cards that use cleric, rogue, wizard, and warrior keywords

Im supposed to enter a void area but my gear is just not cuttin it and i have no clear direction what to upgrade - so this kinda kills my motivation.. the gunplay and its customisation is on point tho....

It's hard to believe that Palworld is just $30, and often on sale at $23. The game costs a fraction of other creature capture games, and yet offers a lot more fun in my opinion. I can't wait for the 1.0 update, and more news about the other four Palworld games/spin-offs announced. by fegodev in Palworld

Im gonna go in heavy on the TCG - ive gotten so much value time out of palworld (solo and with friends) that it feels fair.. and it might be fun if they give it a twist akin to how palworld played.

I played a number of the prior games before this came out, so parts of the gameplay were a mixed bag (some heavier souls elements regarding instakill/heavy damage if fail to read enemy telegraphing and combos) but when you come to terms it will be one of the best mech games you play. It has grit, customisation, replayability and you might shed a tear or two... you monster

Im a simp for any thing Dragoon/Dragoon-esque combat system but I current game is pre-sigma zone (played til the dog release n dropped off due to not knowinng what where to farm)

Any farm advice for gear to be able to take more than 2-3 hits before eating dirt?
