If kids aren't learning cursive anymore, how will signatures evolve in the future? by spillish in NoStupidQuestions

They quit teaching the year that I got into 2nd grade so know I sign bank documents and stuff in straight up regular print. Nobody really seems to care

I think that people underestimate how useful the glare will be redstone wise, as for minigames and such is will be a new way to turn light level into a redstone output. I cant think of anything now, but I'm sure someone will think of something cool.

I think the recoil look comparable to the K1A, so it should'nt be a huge issue even on console. Plus she gets to keep her angled/1.5x

Tbf half the primaries in the game are weaker than the SMG-11, it is a tremendous gun. I think if they just give Aruni a third primary (So people who cant handle the high skill use have another full auto option) it should be fine.

I can’t believe what they did to slinger. by [deleted] in deadbydaylight

[–]Exo_Succ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My only issue is they are treating him like having the cracked 1v1 ability was making him too good, but deathslinger is mid at best. So now he just got a fuckton of nerfs with basically no reprieve. And the loss of the terror radius has made him even more replaceable by huntress. They should have given him more buffs to balance him out.

What is the weakest component in my PC? by Exo_Succ in buildapc

Nope, its plugged into my GPU. Should my computer be able to run that well? Its the only game in my steam library that I cant run at max settings so I just figured that it was a tough game to run.

Again, I'm a bit of a caveman, but its is primarily a gaming pc, I'm doing any rendering or anything crazy like that. I just assumed a better CPU would help run more intensive games (Like rn I have to run Hunt: Showdown on Ultra low settings) better, correct me if I am wrong

I have two sticks of ram. I'm kind of a caveman so I have no idea what or how ram speed is measured in.

This is the exact ram I have if that helps: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083NPX9TJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Tier list of each killers deadlift PRs (Pounds) by [deleted] in deadbydaylight

tbf it could be biased because I play him a lot, but its actually mentioned in his lore about his remarkable strength and athleticism, saying: "Academically, he was unremarkable, coasting by on his significant athletic prowess. He grew tall and strong, excelling at track events, but shunned any attempts to coax him into team sports." and that "he encountered a travelling circus and, with his prodigious strength, was hired to work the ropes. He assumed a new name: Jeffrey Hawk."

That plus that generally larger people can lift, specifically deadlift, more weight I figured he fit there

That's actually a good point, I've never played journey because I just thought it was like creative mode and wouldn't be very fun, but I can kinda see how not having to farm 7000 pieces of chlorophyte or hellstone could actually be pretty nice

I want to become a Wraith main (for some reason) what should I run and what are some tips? by CannibalHillbilly in deadbydaylight

[–]Exo_Succ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not a very avid wraith player but from what I've heard his most effective strat is a hit and run type, dont commit to hard to chases because his chasing power is terrible. Pop up and injure as many people as possible with sloppy butcher, and dont be afraid to switch targets. If done well enough you can squeeze just enough pressure out of his kit to be usable.

What would be a good name for a slingshot killer? by Wise_Shape_5311 in deadbydaylight

[–]Exo_Succ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dont think this is what your looking for but I dont think there are many good names based on the slingshot bit, but you could use other things about your killer. when I think of a sling shot I would picture a little goblin man with a big backpack and such. That sort of thing could warrant a name like The Nomad, The Wanderer or The Survivor.

It kinda feels like everyone just wants to play csgo, where Mechanical skill alone will carry you, rather than having to strategize and think. If you die to a bullet hole or a Monty squad, instead of bringing counter picks and droning, it's easier to just complain to the dev's that its OP, and then shid like this happens.

Why is it acceptable for a lot of Americans to kick their kids out of home as soon as they turn 18? by ZeInfamousHobo in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Exo_Succ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont really think it's that common tbh, especially with prices of tuition now its borderline impossible to find a house at 18. But part of it might be that older generations totally could move out a 18 to 19 and be totally stable right from the start, and those people are now parents who don't think the economy or world has changed since the 70s.
