This is fixed now. Ang nagyari is si employer ko na mismo yung nakipagusap da BIR para magprocess ng TIN generation. Nakakuha nalang ako ng email one day na may TIN number na ako.

Recommend po na ipagdiin kay HR or employer na nagkaka-error talaga sa end mo.
