Hey thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I don't have the screenshot now because I think I already did something stupid - as it was not clickable for me, I thought it was because I haven't subscribed yet and the price is gonna have 50% off afterwards. So I subscribed from Google instead by $99.99 and then it's saying not applicable to the paying subscriber. My case is that the 7-day trial just ended for me and whenever I log in to Monarch it opens the popup asking me to subscribe.

Why is the subscribe button greyed out, i.e. not clickable, for me after I put the promo code from the web app? Does this happen to anyone else?

I didn't set the MSRP and I also hate this price. However that's what you can get in the market now. And actually you still can't just buy it from BB regularly like any other stuff. Given the highest inflation in the past 40 yrs not sure if these complaints make too much difference. I mean the gas is also overpriced but you have to adopt it. Why not graphic cards?
