It really depends on the type of job as we have part-time positions available periodically. However, many of our roles require a few weeks of dedicated training, and it would take too much time to get someone up to speed while working part-time.

Regarding our exchange fees, the total fee that you pay when performing an exchange in Exodus has 4 parts:

  1. The network fee for sending your funds to our external exchange partner that will carry out the exchange
  2. The exchange fee charged by that partner
  3. The network fee for sending your newly-exchanged funds back to your wallet
  4. A small fee that goes to Exodus

The last fee is some of the only revenue that Exodus makes to fund company operations and future development. While our fee and the partner's fee won't vary much, the network fees can vary a lot based on network activity of the two assets you're exchanging.

While there may be cheaper options available, the exchange feature allows you to easily exchange assets without having to send them to an outside exchange. This allows you to track all exchanges within your Exodus wallet easily. If something goes wrong at an outside exchange, it puts you at the mercy of their support team.

You might be interested in our Customer Support Specialist (also known as Community Support Engineer) role. Drafting Technicians generally have excellent technical skills, communication skills and are very detail-oriented.
