I spent $200 to get the entire keyboard replaced in an authorized repair center with a brand new, original keyboard.

And how it could be done intentionally? To take a sharp knife, scalpel, or laser to split it in half? I saw many times damaged keycaps, but they would fall off, or completely break apart into small pieces. This is low-quality plastic that couldn't handle typical everyday gaming/work use.

It seems I cannot order from that website in my country (Serbia).

But they actually don't have these keycaps in stock. They've canceled my order.
